National Careers Week 2024 is a dedicated week focusing on careers guidance, and aims to provide a platform for schools, colleges, and organisations to guide the younger generation toward exciting and fulfilling career pathways. CILEX Law School (CLS), is taking the lead with a week-long initiative themed "Planning Your Career Journey."

Monday 4 March - Appraisal Success
Offering practical tips on preparing for and excelling in one-to-ones and appraisals.
Tuesday 5 March – An Introductory Guide to Career Development Plans
CLS invites learners to delve into the art of crafting personalised Career Development Plans.
Wednesday 6 March – Striking the Right Work, Life, and Study Balance
Explores the act of maintaining a harmonious work-life-study balance. Practical tips will be shared to help learners prioritise and navigate the complexities of their commitments.
Thursday 7 March – Qualification Routes in Law – The Inclusive CILEX Approach
Unlocking the secrets of varied career routes within the legal sector. The session guides learners on planning and obtaining support for their unique career goals within the inclusive CILEX framework.
Friday 8 March – Inspire Inclusion
In honour of International Women’s Day 2024, this session aims to deepen understanding and appreciation for inclusion, belonging, relevance, and empowerment across all students at CILEX Law School.
