Hi, I’m Tiffany Tang. I began my legal journey in Hong Kong, earning my Juris Doctor and working across Asia before relocating to the UK in 2021 to broaden my horizons. Today, I’m a Contract Management Lead at Light & Wonder, supporting our legal, commercial, and finance teams on game licensing, NDAs, compliance, and commercial agreements across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. I chose the CILEX Graduate Qualification (CGQ) because it recognises my prior legal education while equipping me with practical, skills-based learning tailored for real-world legal work. Studying CGQ alongside my full-time role has enhanced my legal drafting, risk analysis, and commercial awareness—essential skills in the fast-paced iGaming sector.
